The NSTT (Netherlands Society for Trenchless Technology) covers over 200 companies, (government) agencies and people involved with trenchless techniques in The Netherlands and Belgium. Knowledge-driven and willing to make social impact they all stand together for enhancing trenchless technology.
The NSTT combines the trenchless techniques with four of the biggest challenges of today: sustainability, energy-transition, less inconvenience and the urgent housing shortage. NSTT provides knowledge, facts and figures to meet these challenges in a trenchless way. Of course all this is related to the special geological and spatial characteristics of the Delta-lands we're living in.
The NSTT unites our members: the questions and challenges of our principals and governments, the scientific knowledge from our institutes and the practical experience from our engineers, constructors and manufacturers. We believe in one-way spreading of knowledge by lectures, webinars, publications et cetera but also (and perhaps more important) we believe in exchanging experiences and contacts in live-meetings and events with our members. Because Trenchless means Together.
NSTT is founded in 1988. It has hosted the ISTT No-Dig in 1993 and 2005, both Events happening in the port of Rotterdam.
