The International Society for Trenchless Technology (ISTT) is pleased to announce a landmark agreement with the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO), which will significantly expand the global reach of trenchless training and certification.
Bringing ITCP™ to the World
ISTT Executive Director Trevor Gosatti and NASSCO Executive Director Sheila Joy signed the pivotal agreement on October 31st at the International No-Dig Vancouver / No-Dig North 2025 Conference and Exhibition. Through this partnership, ISTT officially supports NASSCO's effort to expand its highly respected Inspector Training Certification Program (ITCP™) to a global scale.
ISTT is leveraging its international network to assist NASSCO in promoting the ITCP™ products to a global audience.
In particular, the ISTT will look to explore opportunities for the following products:
- NASSCO's Inspector Training and Certification Program for Cured-In-Place Pipe (“ITCP-CIPP”),
- NASSCO's Inspector Training and Certification Program for Manhole Rehabilitation (“ITCP-MR”)
Both these products provide a training program for certification of field construction professionals and provide them with comprehensive learning and tools to understand and inspect the relevant trenchless technology infrastructure. The programs include licensed training materials and manuals.
A Shared Commitment to Training Excellence
The ISTT is extremely happy to partner with NASSCO and leverage their excellent training products. This collaboration aligns perfectly with the ISTT's mission to advance the science and practice of trenchless technology globally.
"The ISTT is extremely happy to have partnered with NASSCO and have the opportunity to take their excellent products to many locations around the world to benefit trenchless technology," said Trevor Gosatti. "Many thanks to Sheila Joy for her assistance in making this great partnership happen."
This new agreement demonstrates a shared dedication to enhancing professional skills and training within the industry. The ISTT is proud to support NASSCO in this important step toward global training expansion and is looking forward to taking these products into agreed territories around the world that need them.
